Amaranth Gluten Free Bakery is commited to providing freshly baked (never frozen), soft and delicious baked goods without the use of any preservatives.  We ship products out by Priority Mail (a 1-2 day service) and only ship on Monday and Tuesday to ensure your package doesn't get stuck in any end-of-the-week traffic jams at the post office.  Although Priority Mail has been a consistently reliable service, it is not a guaranteed service and we cannot be held responsible for orders that arrive later than anticipated.  At this time we are able to ship to the following states:  PA, NJ, MD, NY, DC, VA, OH, CT, MA.

ORDER DEADLINE:  Orders need to be received by 5PM on Friday in order to be shipped out the following Monday/Tuesday. If you place an order AFTER Friday evening, we will do our best to fit it into the baking schedule, but it may not ship until the following week.  Please contact the bakery directly by e-mail or phone (717-330-4359) if special/urgent deliveries are required.

Packaging note:  In order to minimize waste and keep shipping costs as low as possible, we try to re-purpose as many boxes as possible for shipping purposes.  Please be assured that you are NOT receiving a 30lb. box of raisins, but that it contains your freshly baked bread order!
