Welcome to Amaranth Gluten Free Bakery!  We are committed to baking delicious breads and sweets that are not only gluten free, but healthy and nutritious as well!  Our breads are made from good-for-you whole grain flours like brown rice, amaranth and millet and we only use natural sweeteners like sucanat, honey and molasses in our sweet treats.  Stop by the bakery (must order ahead of time!), order online, find us in your local natural foods store or stop by our stand at many area farmers markets!
